How much is shipping?

What is the return policy?
Physical products: our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All sales of sale/clearance items are final and no returns will be accepted except in case of manufacturer’s defect.
How do I return a purchase?
Email info@2alphatraininggroup.com and request an RMA number. Items must be in their original packaging. Send the item with the RMA number and a note saying what you would like to have done.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of the return shipping, so an insured, trackable service is recommended.
Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@2alphatraininggroup.com.
Can I cancel a course booking?
Cancel 30 or more days before the course start date for a refund. Between 29 and 14 days before, a 50% charge may be deducted from the refund; from 13 days to 1 day before, the payment is non-refundable. A credit towards a future course is decided case by case.
